Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday- Friday before 6:00 PM CST (excluding holidays) will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends (includes Friday's) will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate is about 3-5 business days and this DOES NOT include processing times. Orders placed with free shipping can take up to 7 days (DOES NOT include processing time) depending on zip code for delivery.

We know you want your items quickly, and we pride ourselves on processing orders quickly, but we realize there are often things beyond our control (i.e weather, pandemic, shipping company, etc).  We kindly ask that you email us at hello@hairfluff.com if you have any questions about your package and we will help to troubleshoot the issue.

You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking once your order is shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information, we have given the shipping company possession of your item(s) and we do not have control and we kindly ask that you check with the shipping company first as it is their responsibility to ensure you receive your package.
